Here’s a few little somethings I baked for a lovely group who volunteer where my wife works.
None were left at the end of the get-together!
It seems they probably enjoyed them as much as the baker enjoyed baking them.

Nectarine and Blueberry Bars with Lavender Sugar.
A moist traybake flavoured with culinary lavender, nectarines, blueberries, and lemon zest.
Lime Cream and Orange Cream Biscuits.
The cream filling for these sandwich biscuits is flavoured with the juice and zest of each fruit.
A shortbread base layered with caramel incorporating condensed milk, coffee granules, and golden syrup, topped with marbled plain and white chocolate.
Brandy Snap Baskets with Orange Buttercream and Mandarin Segments.
A brandy snap batter with golden syrup and dried ginger has been shaped while still hot from the oven to form baskets. Each basket contains an orange juice and zest enhanced buttercream garnished with mandarin segments.
