Star Bloomer.

I have never seen a Bloomer like this before, so maybe a star has been born in my very own kitchen!

I think I am now developing my own ‘signature’ style of baking. I like to give as much thought to the form of my bakes as I do to the flavour. Geometry, pattern, and shape play an important part for me.
