Red Velvet Valentine’s Day Cake.

I made a stencil, and with a generous dusting of icing sugar to the top of the cake, used it to depict this Celtic Love Knot design. It symbolises eternity.

The red velvet sponge sandwiches a rich butter-cream layer made with the addition of white chocolate and cream cheese.
