The Baker

I’m Mike Owen.

When I moved to Wales a while ago, I started baking. I love it.

I bake for myself and my family. I bake for our friends. I bake for our neighbours.

If I’m not putting my green fingers to use at the allotment, I’m using my flour-white, dough-encrusted, and occasionally burnt fingers in the kitchen.

I bake most days, updating this site as I go.
