Here I’ve used a beautiful malt house flour of wheat, rye and barley.
In the blend there are seeds of sunflower, sesame, linseed and pumpkin.
This is a solid wholesome loaf. The crust is firm, and has been sprinkled with flakes of the finest Welsh sea salt.
