Tres Leche Cake


A Latin American beauty that is the Three Milks Cake.


Condensed milk, evaporated milk, and double cream are whisked together, slowly poured over the no-butter (whisked egg whites) sponge, and left overnight for full absorption and saturation.


With an adornment of raspberries, blueberries and pomegranate seeds, as well as flaked white chocolate, and with a sponge so sweet and so moist, this is more of a dessert than a cake.


The tartness of the fruit make for a beautiful flavour combination.
