Here I’ve followed another recipe from Roger Pizey’s World’s Best Cakes to make a batch of Swedish cinnamon buns.

The dough includes ground cardamom.

Before baking, the buns are egg glazed and sprinkled with nibbed sugar and flaked almonds.
