My wife pointed out this recipe in the Oxfam Vegetarian Cookbook (compiled by Rose Elliot).
With ingredients including olive oil, honey, caraway seeds and sunflower seeds, together with strong wholewheat flour, it sounded too good not to bake. If only for the sweet aroma that filled the house while baking, it was worth it.
The crust is enhanced by a milk glaze with a sprinkling of sunflower seeds.
