Malted Multi-Seed Loaf.

Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, golden linseed, dark flaxseed, and malted wheat flakes are incorporated, with butter and golden syrup adding a subtle sweetness to the flavour.

Five balls of dough are baked together as one loaf, which can then easily be torn apart at the table.

The crisp egg-glaze crust is adorned with a sprinkling of poppy seeds.
