Brandy Snap Baskets with Creme Legere and Banana Slices.

(Or banana and custard in a biscuit basket?)

This is the first time I have made Creme Legere. It is basically half half the amount of whipped double cream to the amount of Creme Patissiere (which I have made before). The result is a lighter and creamier filling.
