What do you do when you’ve promised pizza for tea and the oven heating element complains of over work (three bakes a day) and goes on strike?

No oven – no problem.

A simple cook-on-the-hob pizza base is made with self raising flour, olive oil, water, and some dried oregano.  The originally intended topping and grated mozzerella is added. Then it’s just under the grill for ten minutes..
