Glacage Cherry and Chocolate Torte.

Beneath the cherry-adorned dark chocolate mirror glaze, lies a cake lavishly coated with a berry and cherry conserve.

The chocolate cake itself is made to the traditional recipe for a Sacher Torte, believed to have been invented by Franz Sacher, the Viennese chef in 1832.

This bake was for a neighbour at Christmas.
